It can be difficult reaching out for help and knowing who the right therapist for you is. To ease this I offer a free discovery telephone call to support you right from the beginning. I am a specialist in anxiety, relationship issues, panic disorder, depression, phobias, grief and sadness, family issues, separation and divorce, bereavement and grief, low self-esteem and addictions. Located in Eastbourne and Ashford, I offer one to one sessions at times to suit you. Not being able to get to these locations is not a problem as I also offer Skype and telephone sessions. I am a qualified psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, photo therapist, reiki practitioner, wellbeing coach and yoga teacher. This allows me to offer a unique, flexible service where I can incorporate more than one practice into my sessions. As an Integrative Counsellor, I can draw on a selection of therapy models to suit your needs. Each session is done at your pace. I work with men, women and children of all ages from different economic and social backgrounds and sexualities. I belong to and am accredited by the Counselling Society and Hypnotherapy Society.
